Delightful Studio With Pool
'Le Cabanon' has been beautifully restored and provides ideal accommodation for two people. It is the only gite situated within the grounds of the owners' property, on the outskirts of Grans, a typical Provencal village providing all necessary amenities, including restaurants, bars, 3 bakeries, vegetable shop, butcher and a small supermarket. The property is ideally situated for those wishing to explore Provence, being within easy reach of Aix-en-Provence, Marseille, Avignon, the Camargue, the Luberon and the beach. The accommodation comprises a 20 sq m. studio, with separate shower room, which has been tastefully and thoughtfully restored and equipped, providing dining table, easy chairs, double bed, and small, well-equipped kitchen. Outside is a south-facing private terrace, pergola and built-in bbq, overlooking the garden and 8m x 4m pool.

It was always our dream to live in the South of France and to have a gite, so we are very happy to have realised our dream and we are delighted to be able to share this fabulous part of France and our beautiful garden and pool with our holiday guests! Why they chose this property
We have lived in Grans since we arrived in France 12 years ago and when we had the opportunity to buy a house we waited a long time to find the house of our dreams in the village that we love! Grans is a typical Provencal village which is completely self contained with a lively village life including several fairs, festivals and local celebrations. We are situated 1.5 km from the village centre and 3 minutes walk from the beautiful Parc de la Fontaine Marie Rose.
What makes this property unique
The village is perfectly situated for visiting all of Provence, there is just too much to see and never enough time! A lot of our guests come back year after year as they don't find the time to visit all the sights when the temptation is to soak up the peace, seclusion and beauty lying on a sun lounger next to the pool. Le Cabanon is completely independent and is the only gite on the property.
