**Balcony renovation project at Phoenix IX from 10/15/23 - 3/15/24. From 7:30am to 5pm there will be significant noise from jack hammering.**

Tile throughout the living areas with new tile in the bedrooms and granite countertops in the kitchen and bath vanities, plus stainless steel appliances in the kitchen. We've also just replaced all the living room furniture!! Keyless entry door lock so you do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay!! Free Wifi!!

Phoenix IX is one of the most luxurious condominiums on the Gulf! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the unit. With over 1,570 sq ft the unit is very spacious and perfectly located on the 7th same floor as the indoor pool and hot tubs!! We also have the 3BR unit next door should you need two condos!

Amenities are abundant at this Phoenix IX condo: the unit is appointed with full-size appliances, wet bar with ice maker, keurig and regular coffee maker in kitchen, new 55” flat screen HDTV in living room with wall mounted 40” TVs in the bedrooms, laundry room with full size washer and dryer. There is a King bed in the Master bedroom, a second bedroom with two Queen beds and a sleeper sofa in the living room. There is an outdoor pool with a secured kiddy pool, heated in-door swimming pool, two Jacuzzi's, state-of-the-art fitness center, and an indoor tennis court.

There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.

Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $50 per vehicle. Two and three bedroom condos are guaranteed two parking passes. Additional passes will be sold based on availability in the parking lot.

2024 Panhandle vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: rental is in a great location; building has very nice amenities. unfortunately, the bed in the master bedroom needs to be replaced; very uncomfortable. also, the dryer although it works was very inefficient - after I cleaned the lint out of the exhaust tube it worked a little better. also, the starter set for linens was minimal in regard to the # of hand towels and wash cloths provided. the condo is a great size for 2 bedrooms. the furniture needs some attention.

Very cute and has great potential but dirty

The condo is great so cute and would be recommended but it was so dirty. So dirty that I will put in list form what we observed during our stay. Thank you for considering these things in the future. Dirty, stained bedding Torn bed skirts Broken closet doors and drawers Actual trash in one of the beds (popsicle wraper, and hair rubber band) Baseboards and air conditioner return covered in dust Floors visibly dirty (our feet were black with dirt if we took shoes off. And the balcony floor was stained with black dirt) Crumbs all over the living room rug Crumbs on the tile around living room chairs Crumbs on dining table Face prints on mirrors Hand prints on tvs and refrigerator and bar area Food stuck to several pieces of patio furniture Couch pillows on the patio Drink stained tables inside and out. Sand all over the tables on the patio Terrible mold in the master bathroom shower Electrical issue with lights in that bathroom. They flicker and crack when the switch is turned on.

Wonderful Condo

This condo is five star….the location was great, it was super clean and the bedding was very comfortable! The check in was smooth. The outdoor space was very comfortable and the building was super quiet! We will definitely be back
