The Bahama Bay resort offers self catering accommodation. The complex also offers a clubhouse with poolside bar and grille, lounge area with games room, play station consoles, internet café, movie theatre (media room featuring 60" plasma TV, Bose Surround Sound System, DVD Player, free WIFI and at night, guests can watch the Disney theme-park fireworks light up the sky from the clubhouse balcony. There are 2 restaurants, one of which is located on the lakeshore, 4 heated swimming pools, 6 spa pools, children’s pool and play area, mini market. For those more energetic, there is a variety of sport facilities including a gym and sauna for relaxing afterwards. Set in a well placed location for Walt Disney and other major attractions. It has its own sandy beach offering a jetty for fishing and volleyball. For golf enthusiasts there are a number of golf courses nearby.

Stay served us well - minor quirks

Came down for a mini family getaway to see my daughter who's currently working in Kissimmee. Location was great for that. The entrance to Bahama Bay is across the street from a school and has major traffic in the mornings and late afternoons. The pool that was near the condo was always "crazy" so we went to the clubhouse pool, much bigger and nicer, but not as warm. We had noisy neighbors above us. The condo was fine, but the only good TV was in the living room, as the TVs in the bedrooms are substandard, small. There are 2 patios but were too small to use. We found toys under the bed and couch. Everything else was fine... good for a few days stay.

Family trip to Universal Studios & Space Center

The property was clean and there was plenty of room for our family of 6. It is a nice community and we enjoyed our stay very much.

Thanksgiving Reunion

I’ve been to Bahama Bay many times over the years and this unit is one of my favorites so far. It had everything we needed for our long weekend.

Holiday with familt

The owner was wonderful. Extremely responsive and very helpful. The resort staff not so much. Sent us to wrong condo tried to extort $100 security deposit after we had paid in advance. The condo is older and the screened in porch needs to be cleaned of green mold. The furnishings were comfortable need new sleep sofa. Very well equipped kitchen could use some spare blankets. Sinks don’t drain well but very nice accommodations as far as clean walls, curtains, comfortable bed at least in master good mattress. Close to pools and restaurant. Quite peaceful area. Again, owner very responsive would use this condo again. Ground floor great for children since no elevator.

My favourite holiday memories as a child were at Disney, my 3 children were lucky enough to experience many holidays in Florida whilst growing up and now my grand children are at the age were they would appreciate Disney I felt the time was right to purchase our own condo so the whole family could enjoy the experience and hold wonderful memories that stay with you forever.

Why they chose this property

I looked at many condo and villa's in Florida but Bahama Bay stood out from the rest offering something for the whole family to enjoy. There are days when everybody just wants to relax and unwind, at the end of the day that's what a holiday is for and Bahama Bay offers this with the onsite facilities. You can have an enjoyable day at Bahama Bay without leaving the complex unlike most hotels were the main facility is a swimming pool.

What makes this property unique

My family and I go to Disney every year to compete in the Disney run and raise funds for charity, after the event it is lovely to be able to go back to the resort sit in the spa, relax and enjoy the atmosphere around us.

As a family we have always enjoyed our stays at Bahama Bay and hope other families would like to take the opportunity to enjoy one of the most memorable holiday's of a lifetime.
