About this property

Pretty house tastefully decorated not far from the shops and the market square.

The house is very pleasant, not far from the market place, the avenue Lippens, and golf.
The house is entirely floored. On the ground floor, entrance, wc, cloakroom, beautiful living room parqueté (living room, tv with decoder, sàm for 10 people), fully equipped kitchen (double sink, dishwasher, gas stove, microwave oven, Nespresso coffee machine, ...), office (fridge, freezer, cabinets).
Upstairs: many closets, 3 double bedrooms and 1 bedroom with 2X2 bunk beds. 1 bath and 2 shower rooms.
Outside: a beautiful contemporary terrace with a dining table and lounge lounge very cozy and gas barbecue)
A parking space with space in box for bicycles.

Given the luxury finishes, we rent the house exclusively to families. We do not rent to young people.

The minimum duration of a rental is 2 nights except school holidays, and min 5 nights during school holidays.

Toller Herbsturlaub mit Familie und Freunden

Wir haben einen sehr schönen Urlaub gehabt. Das Haus war toll eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Die Umgebung war auch sehr schön und man war fußläufig überall schnell. Sollten wir nochmals in Knokke-Heist Urlaub machen, dann würden wir diese Unterkunft nochmals buchen.

Viezer dan verwacht

Het huis was veel minder schoon dan je mag verwachten. Het sanitair was niet goed schoongemaakt, er lag veel stof op bv de nachtkastjes en er zaten rode vlekken in een aantal dekbedden. Ook was het bestek en het servies niet goed schoon.

Er zit veel potentieel in de woning, groot genoeg om met acht personen in te verblijven, de omgeving is top. MAAR de woning was niet of nauwelijks gekuist waardoor onze eerste indruk negatief was. Hygiëne en netheid zijn belangrijke punten voor ons vandaar dat onze algemene score slechts 3 sterren zijn.

Great quiet cozy family home

We really enjoyed our stay in this cozy family home. It exceeded our expectations and it is a great place to stay with a bunch of young adults. It is nearby all the shops and central square which made it a very convenient place to stay. I would recommend this to all families who also appreciate Knokke and also some quietness. Thanks for having us!

Het was zeer aangenaam om te verblijven in dit huis wat centraal in Knokke lag. Minpunt vond ik dat er op VRBO stond dat lakens en handdoeken inbegrepen waren en dat dit niet was want de moesten 280 euro extra betalen 😤

Wundervolle Unterkunft

Wir haben 2 Nächte in diesem Haus verbracht und waren begeistert. Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Es gab alles was man braucht und noch viel mehr. Die Terrasse ist sehr gemütlich. Der Kontakt zu Muriel war sehr freundlich und informativ. Im voraus. Zu erwähnen ist, dass die Treppen im Haus sehr schmal und steil sind, man also gut und sicher zu Fuß dein sollte. Wir kommen sehr, sehr gern wieder und bedanken uns sehr bei der Gastgeberin. :-)

Knokke Urlaub mit Familie und Freunden

Das Objekt liegt super, nur 5min von der Einkaufsstraße (Lippenslaan) entfernt. Supermarkt ganz in der Nähe, 2x in der Woche findet ein Markt statt, die Straße runter. Das Haus ist auch sehr gut eingerichtet. Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub und werden ganz bestimmt wieder kommen.

Stadt Lage

Nicht weit zum Strand, Bummel in der City echt toll .Leute sind nett und freundlich. Kommunikation zwischen Vermieter war gut ( leidet nur Englisch oder Französisch) aber hat geklappt. Was nicht schön ist das man sich selber Mülltüten kaufen muss (Rest und Verpackungsmüll) die sollten im Preis echt mit drin sein . Bitte verbessern. Ansonsten eine gute Erholung. P.s die Nachbarin hat uns sehr geholfen . Danke dafür nochmal. Bis bald.

Long Weekend in Knokke-Heist

The Appartement is Great for a stay in Knokke-Heist. It is close to some shops and a nice market. The Appartement was clean and cozy. We had a great stay.
