About this property

Ankara Apartment is a spacious fully furnished 2 bedroomed, 1st floor apartment, located in the beautiful area of Gulpinar, and only a short stroll from the centre of town.

The apartment has an open plan living / dining area with AC, fully equipped kitchen, with oven and hob, microwave, fridge and washing machine, iron and ironing board. With access leading to the balcony overlooking the pool and garden area, the 2 bedrooms each with access to a balcony. The bedrooms are 1 x twin beds with AC and mosquito netting to windows, double wardrobe with hairdryer and safe and access to the main balcony and 1 x double bed with AC , which has its own private balcony and fly screen to patio door.

Towels are provided throughout your stay including beach and pool towels. A free
standing BBQ is available for guest use.

The apartments are set in well tendered gardens to the front and rear of the property and a shared pool.

The 2 bed apartment available for rent is over looking the pool which enjoys the beautiful views of the surrounding mountains. The apartment is centrally located, with Free WiFi and welcome pack on arrival. They are close to shops, restaurants and the town centre.

Top Appartement mit netter Vermieterin

Das Apartment liegt sehr gut in Dalyan. Nicht so weit entfernt von der Shoppingmeile/Restaurant. Aber weit genug um ein ruhigen Urlaub zu haben. Der Pool ist ausreichend groß und tief. Das Appartement hat ein modernisiertes Bad. Die Bilder des Bades sind nicht aktuell. Der neue Zustand ist aber auch viel besser. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber, übersichtlich und klimatisiert. Zu viert hatten wir einen schönen Aufenthalt. Die Nachbarn sind sehr hilfreich und nett. Auch die Vermieterin ist sehr hilfreich und reagiert schnell auf Fragen. Dieses Apartment würden wir jeder Zeit wieder mieten. Bis zum Strand ist es ein weiter Weg. Diesen kann man mit Bus, Schiff oder eigenen PKW erreichen. Die ersten beiden Optionen sind schnell zu erreichen. Es gibt viele Bars und Restaurants auf der Meile. Auch zum shoppen gibt es genug. Die Betten sind in einem Bomben Zustand auch alle weiteren Objekte im Appartement sind tadellos.

Hidden Gem

We can not recommend this apartment enough, we are a family of 4 and this was a perfect location. The apartment was a home from home and had everything you need. The pool was fab and the kids had hours of fun. Apartment and pool was exceptionally well presented and in a ideal position within a short walking distance of the main resort Dalyan. Where you find you are spoilt for choice of place to eat and drink, will be returning next year.
