The property, called Casa Cala Reona, stands between a white terrace next to the sea, and a large private patio in the background. From the terrace, decorated with blue and white furniture and awnings, merchants or ocean liners that make the Mediterranean route are seen almost every moment. The patio with pool and solarium under pergola, has, in two different environments around it, with dining room and garden patio under cover, surrounded by plants and some fruit. In the courtyard there is parking for one vehicle and in the fenced outdoor plot of 3,700 m2, privately owned by Casa Cala Reona, you can park as many as you want. Inside, there are three bedrooms, two bathrooms, two living rooms with a sofa bed and two dining rooms, one facing the garden and one facing the sea and the terrace. From the seats of the sofas of the main hall and from one of the dining rooms you can contemplate, a few meters, the Mediterranean.

The House has about 600 m2 of which 150 m2 constitute the house, the rest occupying the terrace and the patio.
Capacity for 6-8 people. It consists of:
- 3 Bedrooms furnished and with wardrobe, two doubles and one double. They have sheets, bedspreads, comforters and towels. Each tenant has a bath towel and a hand towel and a set of sheets, which are changed weekly.
- 2 bathrooms, one with a bidet, each with a sink and mirror set with furniture, heating, towel dryer, hydro massage shower (one of them with a bathtub), a hair dryer, hand soaps and shampoo and bath gel.
- 1 Living room with two glass fronts to the terrace and incredible sea views, with an extendable round dining table, equipped with two tablecloths (4 or 6 people minimum), two coffee tables, two armchairs and a sofa bed marriage.
- Central living room with sofa, coffee table and armchair, all of bamboo design, facing a large cabinet with drawers and doors in Castilian style, on which is the TV, with DTT and satellite channel. In this living room there is an old rustic chest in which pillows, sheets, quilts and towels are stored on the sofa bed.
- Main dining room overlooking the patio, with large sideboard, round glass dining table with ten armchairs, in Valencian style. It has a built-in cupboard for drinks and glassware and, on one side, a desk where various table games are stored, such as cards, chess, dice, monópolis and parcheesi. It is decorated with remains of Roman amphorae and a handcrafted curtain of macramé. The complete equipment of the dining room of the House is stored in the showcase and sideboard.
All pieces have carpets of local crafts from Lorca (Murcia). Also the three bedrooms have carpets.
- Large kitchen with pantry, two-door refrigerator with ice cubes and crushed ice, butane, oven, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. The equipment of the kitchen of the House is supercomplete, with battery, cutlery, crockery and kitchen utensils, small appliances: blender, toaster, water heater, juicer, juice maker, hot food maintainer; coffee makers, kettle, fondue, trays, breadboxes, casseroles, etc.
- Heating and cooling by air conditioning, apart from electric radiators in each bedroom, with hot water in bathrooms and kitchen.
It is located very close to Cabo de Palos, where a specially temperate microclimate occurs in autumn and winter. This benign weather allows outdoor activities at any time of the year.
From the Cala, next to the house you can practice multiple sports activities: sailing, surfing, skiing, kite, among others. The area of Cala Reona borders the Calblanque Natural Park, so that the practice of hiking, cycling, mountein bike and horse riding is not only guaranteed, but also takes us through a protected landscape of coast and mountains of exceptional interest. In the limits of this park. La Manga Club de Golf (7 km from Cala Reona) offers three 18-hole courses that are among the best in Europe.
Also 3 km from Cala Reona are the Salinas de Marchamalo, to which a visit is offered, since a part of them, called Las Salinas Viejas, is owned by Casa Cala Reona. From September to May, this protected area becomes an observatory for dozens of migratory birds such as herons, cormorants, ducks and pink flamingos.
The site of Cala Reona is accessed by an exit of the Murcia-La Manga or Alicante-La Manga motorways, by a single road that, after traveling about 600 meters, and at the end of it, leaves us directly at Casa Cala Reona .
