The apartment is a modern 2 bedroom & 1 bathroom air conditioned apartment with tiled floors throughout & is situated behind the church in the quiet & peaceful Andalusian village of Benahavis. The central location of the apartment means that you are only a few minutes walk from some of the best restaurants on the Costa Del Sol. Many of the famous golf courses for the area are only 10 minutes away by car as is the well maintained & well kept beach at San Pedro De Alcantara.
We have WiFi at the property and Spanish, English, French & Italian TV channels.

Both my husband & myself have been travelling to Benahavis for holidays for the last 15 years & made the decision in 2012 to take the much talked about step of buying a property for ourselves. This will one day hopefully be our permanent home when we come to retire
Why they chose this property
This property is an ideal location for exploring Benahavis & the surrounding areas. It is within easy distance of both Malaga & Gibraltar Airports & being right in the centre of the village means you are within walking distance of the all bars & restaurants.

All on one level so ideal for people with children & is only a few steps away from the well kept gardens & pool
