About this property

The property is surrounded by the beautiful nature of ever green forested mountains and olive groves.
The house has 3 floors, 2 bedrooms, possibly best location.Situated on a hill with views of the sea ,surrounded by olive trees, tranquil,peaceful and quiet but also only 1000 meters (10 minutes easy walk, from Skopelos Town (where most of the activities,services and entertainment of the island are) and 500 meters from Skopelos beach.
1st bedroom on top floor has queen size bed, seating area with exit to top terrace with views of the sea,3 piece bathroom; main floor is open living/dining room/kitchen; lower floor has a WC/shower ,2 single beds with exit onto lower patio.The house has TV,internet,AC units on main and top floor,window and door screens,full kitchen with dishwasher and lots of space.

It belongs to a complex of two double houses in the same property. Guests can use the house's own property which is approx 500 square meters.

2017 will be the 2nd year we will be renting our property.Below is a report from our guest Manuella who stayed with her family in August :
"Wonderful location for the house, just five minutes walking to the center town, but in the middle of the countryside. From the terrace is possible admiring the twinkling starry night. Every floor is comfortable and well accessorized. We spent there a great time."

Simply beautiful!
We stayed in Skopelos in September 2016. The house is beautiful, tranquil and silent, well furnished and with a lot of comfort. We followed up through Mr. Yorgos, the brother of the owner, who had a very gentle personality and was available for any request we had, if we had had any. We, however, did not need anything because the house was already perfect as it was.
The island was stupendous, an explosion of green and blue in every part and moreover not too expensive.
Absolutely recommended.

Absolutely fabulous with a great location!

From the start Christie and his brother Yorgos were of the utmost help to us. Without Christos's help I could not have found ferry reservations at this busy time of year. The apartment was clean and bright and the layout suited us well with both grown children having a place of their own downstairs, including a separate bathroom and shower. Whatever we needed, Yorgos was available to offer advice on. An added bonus for us was the beautiful walk to the centre of town by way of the oceanfront. It didn't hurt that a cute and very cuddly pussycat visited daily for a cuddle. Thank you both for your open hearts and generous spirits that made us feel at home the moment we stepped off the ferry.

Maison très agréable

Une maison très confortable avec une chambre à l'étage particulièrement agréable. Elle est située dans un endroit très calme, et permet de bénéficier de la proximité du port. Le propriétaire travaille à proximité et est disponible en cas de besoin. Très bon accueil. Un excellent camp de base pour visiter cette belle île.

semplicemente bellissima

Siamo stati a skopelos in settembre 2016. la casa è bellissima, tranquilla e silenziosa, ben arredata, e con tanti confort. Ci ha seguiti il signor Yorgos, fratello del proprietario, che è una persona molto gentile e disponibile per qualsiasi richiesta, se ce ne fossero state. Noi, però, non abbiamo avuto bisogno di niente, perchè la casa era già perfetta così come era. L'isola e stupenda, un tripudio di verde e blu da ogni parte ed inoltre è abbastanza conveniente per i costi. Assolutamente consigliata. Valeria dall'Italia

Your host is Yorgos ( see last photo ), owner of Archipelagos,oldest (since 1974) authentic Greek art shop on the island. Archipelagos is just across from where the ferries dock and is open 10:00 am to midnight 7 days a week. Yorgos and his staff will be available to get you to the house, show you the ins and outs of the house and deal with any problems or concerns during you stay.

Ideal retreat for either reading, walking and peace, or else for family life with children playing safely in the garden all around the house and enjoying the roomy and bright house laid out in 3 levels on a mountain slope.

The house is surrounded by nature. The neighbor houses are located in some distance, so you have your privacy.
Around the house it`s wonderful for walking, going to the 5 minute walk nearby beach for a swim, or just spending time in the garden, terrace or veranda, enjoying the beautiful peace and sea view. Also an only 10 minutes walk invites you for a coffee, nice meal in town in one of the traditional taverns or having a look in one of the big variety of high sophisticated shops ....

Getting Around

There are local buses leaving close from the harbor to all beaches.
And it`s easy to rent a bike or car.
