About this property

Villa Gabriel is a superb villa in an excellent location. The beach is a 5 minute walk away and there is a regular bus service to the nearby town of Sant Luis and capital Mahon. Outside the villla has a private swimming pool with Roman steps, pool shower and sunbathing terraces. Around the pool area is high garden hedging, therefore making it very private. The pool terrace has direct entry to the villa via sliding glass doors to the lounge and kitchen area. On this terrace there is a large stone BBQ, outdoor furnishings and sea views. There is also private off road parking to the front of the villa. Inside the villa is light, modern and practical. On the ground floor there is the lounge / dining area with TV and air con. There is an open plan well equipped kitchen. Also on this floor is a twin bedroom with fitted wardrobes and a shower room. On the first floor is a double bedroom, terrace (sea views), a further twin bedroom and bathroom.

Wifi Internet is provided.

The property is registered with the Menorcan Tourist Board.

We came across this property in 2013 when we were asked to manage it. Year after year we have an amazing amount of guests who love the property and some who return to the villa every year. It's is an ideal holiday home with the beach and shops and restaurants being within a few minutes walk. An all round fantastic place to spend family holidays.

What makes this property unique

Villa Gabriel is a great holiday villa in an excellent location. The resort centre of Binibeca is a couple of minutes walk from the villa. With the famous fishing village and a selection of supermarkets and restaurants. The close by child friendly beach of Binibeca has cristal waters and golden sand. Other nearby beaches can be reached in either direction within a few minutes drive. The nearest town of Sant Lluis is a seven minute drive. There is a regular local bus service to Sant Lluis as well as to the capital Mahon. A land train operates between Binibeca and the nearby resort of Punta Prima. Car hire is a benefit to see other areas of the island but not essential due to the location of the villa to resort facilities and the bus service.
