Perfect!

Lovely, spacious rooms, well appointed kitchen. Nice desk in the living room. Great location, nice views of the park across the street. Easy enough to reach property manager when needed. I booked again for next year--without a doubt, I need to come back!

Great place

My wife and I spent a very relaxing and enjoyable month in Jenna's Penthouse apartment on Garden Street. The location is terrific - within walking distance of the Santa Barbara Mission in one direction and, in the other direction. a great bakery and all the shopping and restaurants on State Street. We knew we'd enjoy the light that comes into the apartment from the large picture window in the living room, but the view through that window of the park across the street provided an unexpected bonus of people-watching. We appreciated the well-equipped kitchen and used it a lot. along with the barbecue. We never had a problem getting a parking spot in the back, off the street. Jenna could not have been a more friendly and accommodating host. (An example of her attention to detail is that the closets had plenty of hangars - something we needed for a months worth of clothes.) We wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

Great host and lovely home in a child-friendly neighborhood

My two year old son and I have loved staying at Jenna's home. She has been a great host, paying attention to detail and going the extra mile to make us feel at home, particularly at this chaotic time through the pandemic. There is a lovely view of the park from the living room and I loved watching how it the light changed during the day and the different people doing various activities, from children playing to chi-gong on the lawn. It has been a very happy stay!

I live in downtown Santa Barbara- the place I discovered and fell in love with 25 years ago. I raised my 3 boys here and 2 of them were born at my home just a few steps away from Alice Keck Park. Over the years as my neighbors have grown older, we have been able to work with them to enable us to rent a gorgeous collection of properties all near each other and around the beautiful downtown parks near the Arlington Theatre and the new pedestrian walking mall - the theatre district. We have built a community here with guests and a back yard central stage and every so often have a mellow outdoor concert with family and friends and guest musicians (yes, that could be. you!)- this is how we got through COVID and kept our sanity. I love to host guests from around the world and hope you will stay with us!
