HOUSE RULES
~ Check-in is After ...3p.m.
~ Check-out is by ......11a.m. (might be somewhat flexible depending on Departing/Arriving the other guests, with $60 Fee)
~ Please NO Smoking inside the Condo (Any Evidence of Smoking inside the condo will result to loose the security deposit in full.
~ Please NO drugs, NO heavy drinking, NO loud music and unruled parties.
~ Pets Rules:
We Welcome Pets (Dogs and Cats) with a Prior Acceptance and a Small Pet Fee of $15 per night. Loss of the Security Deposit will apply for any evidence of pets presents inside the property without prior approval.
~ Energy conservation is appreciated.

~ Rate is based on 4 people stay, and there is a $35 per person per night fee to welcome any additional guests after 4ppl.
