Villa Alisia is a 3 bedroomed property situated in an excellent and quiet location, easy to get into town and offering fabulous sea views. The accommodation is arranged over 3 floors with a garage underneath the property providing secure parking. There is extensive use of traditional stone walling around the villa, reflecting its situation in a mature Olive Grove. At around 250 square metres, Villa Alisia provides plenty of space for a large group holidaying together. Fully air-conditioned and beautifully furnished, the accommodation offers open plan living on the ground floor. The living area of 60 square metres comprises a fully equipped kitchen, dining area and a step down to the lounge area, with large glass doors and windows that allow light to flood into the space and make the most of the views. There is access directly from the lounge area to the swimming pool and dining terrace beyond. A large screen LCD satellite television is located in the lounge area.

I am married to Mike and we live in Bournemouth. We have owned 3 properties in Kalkan and visit regularly as Mike works part time these days.

We spend about 4 months out of 12 in Kalkan these days. This means that Villa Alisia is kept to the highest standards.

Why they chose this property

Kalkan is a special place - wonderful sea views of the bays - very lively in the high season and wonderfully calm at other times. There is something for all members of the family - teenagers and grown ups alike love the place and atmosphere. Beach clubs, bars, restaurants, the wonderful beach at Patara - it's all in such close proximity! The Turkish people are very friendly and there is always a warm welcome in Kalkan. Oh and also the weather is fantastic!

What makes this property unique

Villa Alisia is in a very quiet location with no passing traffic. It is situated close to the best hotel in town - The Kalkan Regency - with all its facilities and also Korsan suites.

The Old Town is a short 15 minute walk away.
