Please be advised that there is a history of poor water quality at the main beach in Sayulita. Many people swim and do not get sick, though others blame the ocean water. Swim at your own risk. There are other beaches you can go to fairly nearby that are significantly cleaner. Just ask and we'll tell you all the Sayulita secrets!
Theft is fairly common all over Sayulita, but we have taken every measure to secure the property and house, including Iron gating, padlocks, and a safe. We are not responsible for lost or stolen property.

Why they chose this property
Villa Casa Shira was built by my father in the 80s and remains a historic, rustic Mexican construction. I grew up in this house a child in the early 90s. Our property is large and expansive, offers great privacy, and is in the quietest, calmest party of Sayulita. Relax on our broad veranda, or by the pool with the iguanas.
