About this property

Villa Melek is a detached 3 bedroom villa with air conditioning to all rooms. It is a modern new build furnished with traditional local handmade furniture. Inside, the living area is open plan with a lounge, dining area and fully fitted kitchen. There is also a utility room and a downstairs bathroom with shower and wc. Upstairs there are 3 double bedrooms (1 en-suite and 1 family bathroom). 2 of the bedrooms have large balconies overlooking the gardens and mountains. Outside is a large flood lit pool, outside pool shower; stone built BBQ and traditional Turkish gazebo seating area.

Wow !

What can i say ,apart from wow wow wow !!! From booking to leaving it was just amazing ,Jane the host was so helpful and friendly ,it is a perfect villa with everything you can think of there ,the pool is fabulous! It was so peaceful and relaxing ,the transfers were brilliant to and from the airport also ,it is the perfect place . Thankyou Jane and Karl xx

By far the best Villa we have stayed in!!

Well,what can we say....from booking, to the end of our holiday perfect!! Communication, care and help with anything from Jane has been outstanding.Nothing I asked was too much trouble to reply to us. We love Dalyan ❤. Being in this villa made our stay all the more enjoyable. We loved it and we are missing it ..... We will be back again for definite . Thankyou again Jane..for everything xx

Great Villa

Lovely villa, very well equipped and in a lovely location. A 20min walk into Dalyan where there are great restaurants / bars / shops

Villa au top

Nous avons louer la villa pour 10 jours, la villa est conforme au photos et à la description. La villa est propre, bien équipée. Seul point négatif pour des adeptes de café, la cafetière était cassé ( le pichet en verre) et il n'a pas était remplacer. Mais sinon nous avons passer 10 jours au top piscine jardin terrasse, le centre ville est mignon, et à 1h il y a un centre commercial à fethiye il est énorme pour les section shopping etc.

I live in the East of England with my husband Karl and two cats.
We have five daughters between us and three grand- children.
Karl travels extensively in his job as a business jet pilot and between us we have visited some beautiful places on holiday.
However, Turkey has a special place in our hearts as Karl has lived and worked there in the past and his youngest daughter was born there.
It is already like our second home.

Why they chose this property

We first visited Dalyan in September 2013.
We rarely go back to the same place twice as there are so many wonderful countries to visit.
However, we fell in love with Dalyan and immediately booked to go back in May this year with a view to finding a property.
After a day of looking at various villas, the last one was Villa Melek which had just come on the market and as soon as we stepped inside, we knew it was the 'one'. It's in a perfect location, peaceful and surrounded by pomegranate orchards yet in easy reach of the town.
Dalyan as a place is unique, with a fantastic beach, friendly locals, wonderful restaurants and ticks all the boxes for a truly memorable holiday.
We are confident you will love it as much as us and once you visit, you will be back!

What makes this property unique

Our villa has wonderful mountain views and is in the rural area of the resort.
A car is not necessary as we provide bikes to get around (and it is all flat!), a relaxed pace gets you to the town in about 8 minutes and approx. 15-20 minutes by foot.
There is a small shop for essentials like fresh bread, a few minutes bike ride away and the town has everything you need.
If you want to get a taxi home, it is very cheap (less than £5).
The villa is fully air conditioned, comfortable, spacious with a home-from-home environment that can sometimes be difficult to tear yourself away from!
