great location and nice apartment
Beautiful apartment in wonderful location
We were delighted to stay in this spacious and well appointed apartment. Our party of eight split very nicely into 2 couples on the ground floor with double bedrooms and en suite bathrooms and four young adult children in the basement with their own bathroom and living space opening directly into the well maintained gardens and pool.
The large terrace was ideal for a family BBQ with comfortable seating for parents after dinner when the youngsters set off for cocktails a short walk away in glamorous Puerto Banus.
The pool was large and quiet ; there was plenty of shade but the terrace was sunny all day.
The kitchen was modern , well equipped and a real home from home with all amenities to make for an easy holiday.
The apartment was beautifully
kept and spotlessly clean and we had lots of information about the area from the owner.
The closest beach (Mistral)is within walking distance and was fantastic. There were watersports available at reasonable prices and many restaurants and bars-also very reasonably priced for the location.
We enjoyed a spot of people watching at the famous Ocean Club and wandered to the port to look at the yachts and the sports cars!
We visited a local aqua park , a short distance away, as well as the city of Ronda around an hours' drive The pretty town of Mijas was close enough to meet friends for coffee.
We had a wonderful stay and cannot wait to return. Would highly recommend
This is a good apartment with great location to the center of Puerto Banus. the apartment are in good condition and can accomodate a lot of persons. Overall we had a good experience during our stay.
Perfect family holiday
This was just perfect for our family holiday. We have been to the area before but not to this property. Situated about 15 mins walk from the beach and harbor, the apartment is serviced well locally with supermarkets, bars and restaurants all within easy walking distance (5mins). Property was clean and well maintained (also had a local handyman who delivered and built the new BBQ that we had requested). Facilities in the property are perfect for a family, large kitchen, cooker, microwave, fridge-freezer dishwasher and washing machine in back bathroom. Ample space for the four of us, Would easily sleep 8. We didn't use the downstairs, but would be suitable for a second family or the teenagers who want some space. Spent most of our days at the pool, again perfect for families and quite quiet. Shared loungers by the pool aren't great, but we just wheeled our own down the 20m from the apartment. We flew into Gibralter, One way taxi was 80Euros.
Needs a bit of TLC
We stayed in this apartment for 4 nights in May. The location is fantastic as its is within an easy 10-15 minute walk from all the action, however we were a bit disappointed with the apartment itself. It felt a bit run down and unloved. Its a good size and it has everything you need but could do with a bit of a refurb to bring it up to standard. We went here based on the rave reviews I had already seen however now that I look a bit more closely those were quite a long time ago and may have been when the apartment was at its best.
We didn't use the basement room at all as we didn't need to but it has a really strong smell of dampness and as its a basement doesn't get any natural light so we wouldn't have wanted to sleep down there.
The balcony area was nice and we did spend a lot of time out there rather than inside and the apartment itself is very secure and it didn't cost much so I suppose you get what you pay for. We stayed further out last year and paid the same for our accommodation but it was much nicer although the location meant having to get taxis a lot which adds to the cost.
If I owned this property I would spend some money to spruce it up as the location is fantastic and it could be really nice with a small investment of time and money.
Perfect holiday home
The house was lovely and clean, spacious with air con, tv and wifi to name a few. The pool area is perfect for a chilled day and the port and beach are an easy walk away. Would definitely recommend and return!!

Fully furnished ground floor apartment near the chic port of Puerto Banus in the heart of Golf Valley. One of 16 apartments in mature gardens with community pool, the apartment has 3 bedrooms and three en-suite bathrooms.
Relax on the terrace overlooking the pool and dine in the sun or shade or watch the sun set. There are 4 sun loungers and 2 comfy chairs as well as a dining table for 6.
The apartment is minutes from the Andalucia Plaza H2 hotel and the bullring. Opencor is less than 2 minutes away with a selection of, bars and restaurants nearby. The beach is a 10 minute walk with the restaurants of Puerto Banus a further 5 minutes. Golf, tennis & paddle courts are close to the apartment . 45 minutes to Malaga Airport, 1 hour from Gibraltar.

Golf: The apartment is in 'Golf Valley' Nearby courses include Aloha, La Quinta,Monte Paraiso, Marbella, Atlaya, Guadlamina. There is also a challenging par 3 course at Magna Marbella.
