The house is located in the rural town of Bologna, it is a small town that has a great beach, where the amplitude and the magnificent waters captivate you.
Bologna has everything you need to enjoy a dream vacation consists of bars with typical local dishes, also it has beach bars to enjoy the best sunsets.

The house is situated on a plot about 250 meters from the beach and two minutes from the bars, shops, the town, did not need the car in any case.

The house is ready, two bedrooms, bathroom with shower, living room and kitchen.
One room has a double bed and the other room has two single beds, the house is supplied with linens and towels and also has a hair dryer.
The kitchen is equipped with all necessary appliances (toaster, blender, juicer, coffee maker, refrigerator, microwave) and utensils.

Herforragend

Schones Haus mit allem was man braucht ausgestattet. Garten ist nicht einsehbar, parken direkt vor dem Haus. Zu dem traumhaften Strand sind es knapp 5 Minuten zu Fuß. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden sofort wieder kommen. Vielen Dank an den Gastgeber, alles sehr unkompliziert.

Haus in der Nähe von Bolonia

Angnehmes kleines Haus in einem Küstenort, im Winter wenig Touristen, in der Nähe der Ausgrabungsstätte Bolonia. Möglichkeit für schöne Wanderungen an der Küste und in den nahen Bergen. Einfache Einkaufsmöglichkeiten am Ort, eine halbe Stunde nach Tarifa. Hilfsbereite, freundliche Vermieter, immer gut erreichbar.

Bonita estancia acompañada de mías 4 perros

Todo en general bien. Lo único que añadiría como critica constructiva, es que a mi parecer solo hay un sofa y pequeño. Si esta casa tiene capacidad para 4 personas, lo veo muy escaso. Lo demás todo bien. Gracias.

Entspannter Urlaub mit Sonne, Wind und Ozean

Das Haus ist sauber und nett eingerichtet. Die Küchenausstattung ist etwas spartanisch man kommt aber gut zurecht. Wenn doch was fehlen sollte, einfach bei der Agentur nachfragen und die fehlende Sachen werden besorgt und ins Haus gebracht.

Eigentlich ganz schön, aber ...

Im Grunde hatten wir einen schönen Urlaub. Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld war zwar etwas chaotisch, da ich mehrfach mit falschem Namen angsprochen wurde, teilweise nicht auf meine Fragen eingegangen und häufiger Dinge wiederholt wurden. Jose war dennoch sehr freundlich und antwortete auch immer recht zügig. Ana, die den Check-In übernahm, ist ebenfalls sehr nett gewesen. Die Kommunikation mit ihr war etwas schwieriger, da sie kein Englisch und wir kein Spanisch sprechen, dennoch konnten wir uns verständigen. Das Häuschen an sich war völlig ausreichend für uns drei (zwei Erwachsene mit Kleinkind) und ist auch wirklich gut gelegen, eigentlich ... jedoch mussten wir die oder andere Nacht mit einem kleffenden Nachbarshund leben. Jose hat auf Nachfrage von uns mit dem Eigentümer gesprochen, sodass dieser den Hund für zwei Nächte anderweitig unterbrachte. Gebell gab es trotzdem weiterhin. Jose kann nichts dafür, jedoch will ich hier eine allgemeine Meinung zur Unterkunft abgeben. Ein paar weitere Dinge, die nicht ganz so gut gefielen: - an sich war alles sauber, jedoch mussten wir am ersten Tag einmal komplett durchfegen (Hundehaare und Dreck vom Vormieter), - Klimaanlage undicht, sodass innen an der Wand das Kondenswasser hinunterläuft, - tagsüber kein kaltes Wasser aus der Leitung, teilweise so heiß, dass man sich verbrannte, - am letzten Tag gab es gar kein fließend Wasser, - der im Inserat aufgeführte Ofen war nicht vorhanden, - der im Inserat aufgeührte DVD-Player war nicht vorhanden, der Fernseher ist äußerst klein, schlechter Empfang, - Ausstattung sehr dürftig (Besteck & Geschirr nur je 4x vorhanden, scharfe Messer Mangelware, kein Wasserkocher, keine Kaffeemaschine, Feuerzeug/Zündhölzer für den Gasherd fehlten, nur je eine Rolle Toilettenpapier und Küchenkrepp), - Kleiderschränke haben keine Einlegeböden, - sporadisch Stromausfälle, was sich an einer kleinen Notleuchte bemerkbar machte, die dann immer anging. Positiv anzumerken ist: + das Haus besitzt Außenrollläden, sodass es einigermaßen kühl gehalten werden konnte, + es machte alles einen sicheren Eindruck, + das Grundstück ist abgegrenzt und verfügt über Sichtschutz, ein Stellplatz ebenfalls vorhanden, + Internet und WLAN vorhanden, + Espressokocher, Mikrowelle, großer sauberer Kühlschrank, + Geschirr und Besteck relativ neuwertig, + Essig, Salz und sehr köstliches Olivenöl vorhanden, + gute Lage, nicht direkt am Strand, aber kurzer Weg (5 Minuten Fußweg) bis dorthin, + toller Strand!
