Lovely spot

Would love to return. The lodge was perfect. Pool very busy with chaotic booking system but a good facility for our six year old grandson. Site WiFi was very unreliable in the evenings. Host was responsive with communications. Excellent location. Clean and very well equipped accommodation.

Great lodge in wonderful location

Beckside lodge was a wonderful accomodation in a great little spot. Minutes from Bowness and Ambleside, plenty of local walks and things to do nearby and the park itself was lovely with good facilities. The lodge itself was spacious, clean and had everything you could need. Owner was very responsive to messages and gave clear directions etc. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Awesome accommodation

We were unlucky enough to experience the snow dump across Bowness, Ambleside and Coniston and was marooned for 1 night in Consiton. The owner however was pivotal in helping us through the unplanned adventure. Kevin gave us key information and advice to help us navigate through the unexpected weather. The accommodation is lovely and location is spectacular, would love to come back.

Lovely Lodge and gtrwat host.

The lodge was very welcoming and furnished to a high standard. Lots of lovely little homely touches such as reed diffusers, ornaments and pictures. The lodge was clean and a great layout with plenty of space. There was plenty of equipment, utensils etc too. The location next to the stream was great and perfectly placed on the site halfway between the lake and reception. Kevin, the host, was fantastic before, during and after our stay. He was very good at passing on information and replying to messages. We had an issue with the boiler on arrival and Kevin was very quick to update me and rectify the issue. I cannot fault the lodge or host at all. We had a really lovely trip and wouldn't hesitate in staying again. Thank you for sharing your lodge.
