Villa Amelie offers a private and secluded setting while still being within just a couple of minutes' walk to the resort of Ixia. Restaurants are located only 200 metres away and both the main beach and resort centre under 500 metres – Rhodes Town is just 5km away and can be reached easily by bus or car.
Romantic in style and set in a lovely large garden with beautiful citrus trees which leads through to the pool, sunbathing and garden area, Villa Amelie is the perfect haven for a couple or small family with young children.
The living room also doubles up as a second bedroom, so up to two children can also be accommodated on the single divan beds. There is, however, a lovely shaded sitting area with a large sofa - perfect for some relaxation time after a long day exploring Ixia. The courtyard, which offers al fresco dining, a portable barbecue as well as the shaded seating area, can be closed off from the pool and garden area which is a bonus if you are travelling with small children. The garden is truly charming with plenty of shade from the mature trees, and a small child's play area coupled with a hammock for total “chill out” under the trees!

The house is built and equipped in Greek holiday home style with cool marble floors, white walls and touches of shades of blue throughout, giving a fresh and light feel.
Villa Amelie is a real oasis in a perfect location to explore what Rhodes has to offer.



Mobility Statement
To access the villa there is a path which is 128cm wide along with 3 steps up to the villa itself. The front door has a width of 121cm and other doors that access the pool area are 121cm wide. Paths from the villa to the pool area are 150cm wide, the grounds are flat and the pool has roman steps to enter. There is one small step down and up to the bathroom. The widest bedroom door on the ground floor is 121cm wide which is the main bedroom and the widest bathroom door on the ground floor is 78cm wide which is the main bathroom. Resort Description
The popular resort area of Ixia is just 5km from the fascinating historic centre of Rhodes Town and just 6 km from the International Airport.
Ixia boasts a long, 2km stretch of beach which is a mixture of sand and shingle/pebble, and is a fantastic choice for watersports enthusiasts thanks to the easterly breeze that picks up in the afternoon. Windsurfing, parasailing and jet skiing are all on offer for those seeking an adrenaline rush. The beach in this popular, cosmopolitan resort is also home to many other facilities, including beach bars and sunbeds with parasols, whilst the attractive waterfront is lined with restaurants and tavernas - the perfect spot to admire Ixia's famed wonderful sunsets! The far end towards Kremasti is quieter and may suit families with children.
Hop on a bus and explore the intriguing, medieval Rhodes Old Town as well as the New Town with its upmarket shops and waterfront bars.
