Independent residence with 6 + 2 guests.
On the ground floor there is a lounge with stereo system, TV and double sofa bed, a double room with exit to the garden, a small kitchen with washing machine, a bathroom with shower. On the first floor living room with fireplace, large kitchen with oven, dishwasher and microwave, two double bedrooms, a bathroom with bathtub. On the loggia, outside, a small bathroom with shower.

Services
Swimming pool with the possibility of covering for medium and low seasons (6x 12 m, depth from 1.10 to 2.20 m) and fenced, enclosed garden with automatic gate, indoor covered parking, barbecue, wood-burning oven, pets allowed, connection internet wi-fi.
NB. The house is located near a provincial road of very low traffic which connects the villages of Radicofani and Celle sul Rigo.


Prices include the consumption of water, gas, electricity, final cleaning, linen for rooms and bathrooms (linen change is weekly).
Any consumption of air conditioning / heating is not included in the price and will be payable locally based on consumption.
Upon arrival, customers will have to give a security deposit of € 500.00 which will be returned to them at the end of the stay minus the cost of any damages incurred.

Pets € 25.00 per week.
Toddler bed € 30.00 per week.
Extra bed € 80.00 per week.
Check-in 3-7 pm | Check out 10 am

Upon arrival a tourist tax may be required according to the regulations of the municipality that hosts you.
