About this property

This one-room cottage is perfect for the more cost-conscious traveller. Built in 2010 it is fresh and modern and you should find everything you need for a relaxing vacation. Equipped with a small kitchen with fridge freezer and microwave so that you can prepare your own food at home should you choose. En-suite with a shower, toilet & sink. BBQ is also yours to use.

The cottage has been built to take advantage of the natural trade breezes with plenty of easy-to-open windows and shutters. There is an overhead fan for additional breeze.

The cottage has a private terrace with outdoor chairs & table as well as the surrounding garden which is yours to relax in and enjoy. No worries if the local power goes down, the cottage was built to be self-sufficient and environmentally friendly - both with solar power for lighting, and rainwater collection which is then used throughout the cottage.

Great little Place in Nevis

Great location, outstanding views, and lovely cool breeze at a very good price, would highly recommend. The cottage was clean and tidy, tastefully decorated, and the bed very comfortable. The owners were very helpful and made suggestions and recommendations for activities to do on the Island, they met me at the airport and helped to arrange car rental. Would definitely return.
