This lovely apartment sleeping 4 has direct access to the resident’s pool and gardens so is ideal for families with children wanting to keep an eye on them in the pool. Adults can sit on the terrace while the children can play outside with other children. 2 sunbeds are provided and a parasol keeps you cool while you eat al fresco. Being south-west facing it means that you have sun all day until sunset.

Located in the heart of the Arenal sandy beach area, near the shops, restaurants and bars, shops and cafés, Golden Beach is ideal for those not wishing to use a car while on holiday. There is a good supermarket just around the corner and just a
5 minute stroll from the sandy beach.

Buena opcion

Muy buena opcion para familia, sitio muy tranquilo. El acceso directo a la piscina esta muy bien y la playa esta muy cerquita andando. No tiene aire acondicionado pero la brisa cruza la casa si abres puertas y ventanas en ambos lados. La cocina esta bien equipada con todo tipo de utensilios.

Great location

Property was lovely, there was a few minor things that need attention like the pulley for the lounge shutter was very frayed, the 2 sunbeds could do with replacing but overall the apartment was very nice. The location is great, just a few minutes walk to the beach and all the bars and restaurants. The pool was lovely and warm and the gardens well kept with shade if needed. This is one of the best apartments on the complex as you have direct access to the pool from your patio, so great if you have kids that need watching. This is the second time we have stayed in these apartments and I would recommend them to anyone going to Javea.

Good position with nice pool area. The apartment was fine if a little basic.

The apartment is on the ground floor with a large patio area overlooking the pool and gardens. The apartment was fine but basically furnished. Has everything you needed for a week or so. It has ceiling fans but no A/c which may be a problem in hot temperatures. Slightly annoying was that it sleeps 4 but only has two sun loungers and they had seen better days. One thing that needs attention soon is the cord which lowers and raises the shutters in the lounge is very frayed and looks as though it could snap anytime soon. The sun does not reach the patio until about 13:00. The apartment is less than 10 mins stroll to the beach which has some very good restaurants and bars along the promenade. Overall, a very pleasant stay and would come again.
