Newly built VILA DRAGICA CROATIA **** with a private pool is located in a quiet istrian place Jadreški, near Pula.
The size of the villa is 350 m2. It consists of basement, ground and first floor.
In the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room with a large table, living room, two bedrooms and an extra toilet.
On the first floor there are two bedrooms.
The bedrooms contain a large double bed, private bathroom, flat-screen TV, air conditioning, safe etc. From the rooms there is a way out to the balcony.
In the basement is a playroom. Guests can enjoy a variety of games such as billiards, table tennis, table football, darts device and fitness exercise equipment. Also, in the basement there is an extra toilet and a shower.
Outdoor of the villa or the space in the yard is also adjusted for comfortable enjoyment. There is a large outdoor pool with sunbeds, garden set, barbecue, parking spaces etc.

Das Objekt war ausgesprochen sauber, neuwertig, vier Schlafzimmer, vier Badezimmer, noch mehr Toiletten, ideal für mehrere Familien, Klimaanlage in jedem Raum, technisch einwandfrei, Check in recht ‚zügig‘, der Vermieter (spricht nur kroatisch) sehr nett, die Kommunikation mit der Agentur reibungslos, allerdings anonym, kein persönlicher Ansprechpartner, die Lage des Objektes am Rande eines kleinen Dorfes, nur wenige Kilometer bis zum Meer, nach Pula, zu X Supermärkten.Einziges Manko während des Aufenthaltes: Im Rahmen eines Hitze –Flächenbrandes zweimal 5 Stunden Stromausfall im ganzen Ort( damit absolute Ausnahme).
