About this property

This South facing property is located in a small enclosed complex with a communal swimming pool. There is a 4 Star hotel on the course with a beautiful swimming pool and spa. These and all the hotel's facilities are open to all residents of Valle del Este. The property is within 10 minutes drive of a number of the lovely Vera and Mojacar beaches and the surrounding mountains. There is also a naturist beach area in Vera Playa. There are restaurants, bars and a supermarket on the golf course as well as numerous others in the local towns. Apart from the Valle del Este course there are 4 other golf courses in the area. Other available / local sporting activities include sailing, fishing, diving, cycling and walking. The fishing port of Garrucha is famous for its fish restaurants but there is also a huge variety of other eating and drinking places in the area and the beautiful Natural Park of Cabo de Gata is only a short drive away.

Available activities: Golf - apartment from the excellent Valle del Este course on which the property is located there are 5 other courses within a 20 minute drive. Macenas, Marina, Cortijo Grande, Desert Springs and Aguillon.
Diving - there are three Diving / Scuba Schools in the area and some of the best locations for the sport in Spain.
Walking - The adjacent Cabo de Gata Natural Park has many great trails and paths leading to small private beaches and other areas of natural beauty and spectacular scenery.
Fishing - The area has many great locations for shore fishing, while boats and crew can be hired in Garrucha for deep sea fishing.
Swimming - The area has an abundance of locations for this sport.
Karting - There is an excellent karting circuit within a 10 minute drive of the property.

Apartamento confortable

Hemos estado muy agusto. Es un apartamento situado en una urbanización tranquila, muy fresco y luminoso. El porche es muy amplio y apenas da el sol. El propietario ha sido muy amable y atento con nosotros. Muy recomendable.

Bonita casa en medio de un golf

La casa está perfecta para pasar unos estupendos días de vacaciones cerca de Vera. Al ser un bajo, le da la sombra todo el día y aunque tenía aire acondicionado, casi no tuvimos que ponerlo. En 10 minutos estás en Garrucha y el 15 en la playa de Puerto Rey. La urbanización es muy tranquila, muy diferente de las aglomeraciones de primera línea de playa. Max nos recibió con mucha cordialidad y nos recomendó el restaurante Triana 19 que fue todo un acierto. Está en el centro comercial que hay junto al hotel Valle del Este y también hay un pequeño supermercado. Disfrutamos mucho del porche de la casa desayunando y cenando en la gran mesa. La wifi funcionaba muy bien. Para repetir.

Fabulous

Great place you can use the hotels facilities, each block has its own pool with toilets and showers loungers table and chairs. There are restaurants shops and bars on the estate. You are 10mins from wonderful beaches. You can walk, bike and drive to historic sites or just enjoy the scenery- goats, tortoise, bunny rabbits etc. Can't praise it enough.
