Located in a quiet residential area, only 700 m. from the beach of Sa Riera and about 3 km. from the centre of Begur, lies this magnificent property recently renovated with an elegant and functional design. On two floors, you will find on the main level the triple living room from which you can enjoy a magnificent view of the bay of Sa Riera, and leading to a pleasant terrace. You will also find a bathroom, the fully equipped office kitchen, and the service room with its ensuite bathroom. On the lower level you will find three large double bedrooms with their ensuite bathrooms, then two other double bedrooms sharing a bathroom. From all the bedrooms you can enjoy a beautiful view of the sea. Outside, you can enjoy a beautiful garden and the large private pool, all with great privacy and not overlooked. Garage.

Large, stunning. spacious villa

Villa layout was great for us - two separate sets of three rooms at either end of the house, ideal for two families. Plenty of space inside and out and brilliant views. A few odd items were damaged or tired - end of a long season I would suggest. Frustratingly for us the pool was too cold to use, weird as in early Sep the air temperature was still pretty warm - can't blame the villa owners but worth being aware the pool isn't heated. Overall we were really happy with the villa and the fascinating beaches and coastline - it is a beautiful and classy part of Europe for sure. It was relatveily expensive to rent but it handled our group of ten easily and thus value for money was fine.
