About this property

The villa is part of a residential complex, immersed in the greenery of a wonderful park, designed by a well-known Italian architect, Mangiarotti, who has perfectly integrated the houses into the natural environment. For this design, the architect received the 'Architetti Verona' award in 2009.
The house is very well-kept in the furnishings: the living room has a fully functional fireplace, the kitchen has been recently renovated; one bedroom is double, the other has two single beds. In addition to the possibility of using the fireplace, the house is equipped with heating so it can also be used in colder periods.
Around the house there is a green and wooded area belonging to the house itself, which allows perfect privacy.
The park and the environment are very suitable for a holiday for families and children and for extended stays.
In the residential complex there are two swimming pools, one for adults and one for the little ones. There is also a tennis court, which can be freely used by guests, such as the swimming pools themselves, free of charge.
In the swimming pool area, sun beds, deck chairs and umbrellas are available to residents and guests. Above the small pool there is a ping-pong table.
The two swimming pools are open from the beginning of May to the end of September.

A parking lot is located very close to the house, but there are two more in different locations in the park.

Schöner Ausgangspunkt zur Erkundung des Gardasees

Schönes Haus in einer gepflegten Anlage. Ideal, um von hier den Gardasee zu erkunden. Gute Kommunikation mit der bemühten Vermieterin. Umbedingt in der Pizzeria Bardolino in Bardolino einkehren. Bester Service und angemessene Preise. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt genossen.

Schöne und saubere Unterkunft

Wir werden von Chiara sehr freundlich empfangen und vor Ort super eingewiesen. Zum Empfang stellte uns die Vermieterin Obst, 1 Flasche Wein und italienisches Gebäck. Super 👍 Die Anlage ist sehr schön angelegt, sehr ruhig und mit einem tollen Swimmingpool versehen. Auch für Kinder ist ein separater Pool und ein kleiner Spielplatz angelegt. Costermano ist ca. 1 km entfernt und auch gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Bsp. weise der Supermarkt. Allerdings hatten wir zu unserem Aufenthalt mit vielen Stechmücken zu tun ( Anf. September 2021). Parkplätze für Auto ausreichend vorhanden. Alles in Allem ein rundum schöner Urlaub.

Eine wunderbare Anlage mit Pool und Tennislatz, weitläufig und ruhig. Das Haus hat eine wunderbar ausgestattete Küche und ist sehr geschmackvoll und individuell eingerichtet. Die Gastgeberin hat uns sehr herzlich in Emfang genommen und mit Tipps versorgt. Die Woche war perfekt.
