About this property

Villa Magnolia is located in Denia in an area at the foot of the Montgó Natural Park.
It has two bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen and living room with fireplace plus a sunroom with views over the pool.
In the garden we have different environments, you can rest in the shade of a magnificent palm tree, sunbathe on the lawn next to the pool, or read a book having a glass of wine next to a nice fountain.
On the pool level, we find a fully equipped outdoor kitchen, and next to a wood / charcoal barbecue to enjoy preparing our barbecue.
The 8x 4 meter swimming pool with internal staircase will allow us to cool off from the summer heat.
In the upper terrace we have a solarium with awning, from where you can enjoy spectacular views.
There is also a parking area inside the plot.

Excellentes vacances!!!

Villa tres jolie, grand jardin, tres bien équipée.piscine grande et jolie qui séclaire la nuit.voiture indispensable pour aller à la plage et dans le centre.dénia est une ville animée et sympa.possibilité de se garer sur des parkings rarement complets.

Muy buena

La casa es perfecta, todo en buen estado y perfectamente equipada. Es perfecta para ir con niños ya que además de la piscina cuenta con un espacio ajardinado donde pueden jugar. Nos ha encantado!
