Luxurious Penthouse 102 m2, including balconies 155 m2 with stunning views. In peace and quiet in the middle of the old town. Just 2 minutes walk from the Balcon de Europa and the 2 most beautiful beaches.
Provides all the comfort and technical gadgets. All rooms with heating and air conditioning, but due to the construction of the wind, the air conditioning is almost unnecessary only if it is warmer than 35 degrees.

This is not a holiday home! It has been carefully decorated and has been built with the best materials. It features modern and luxurious equipment / appliances. But the most important are the two large balconies / terraces over the entire length of the house. Ozone sun, afternoon sun, BBQ, hammock, lounge sets, beautiful flowers and plants and ... a view to the mountains, the old village and of course the sea.

Great location and welcome

Interesting spacious penthouse with easy direct access by elevator to street level and basement car parking arranged by owner. 3 minute stroll to shops, restaurants and 5 mins to the Balcon de Europa.

Impeccable apartment with balconies in great location

Ron’s apartment lives up to its name “penthouse.” It is completely equipped with everything we needed. The beds were super comfortable, the bathrooms are spacious and the clincher is the lovely balcony with comfy chairs and a hammock overlooking an amazing view. We loved our time in Nerja and this beautiful apartment!

Beautiful, Modern, Clean Flat Centrally Located in Nerja

We had a wonderful time in Nerja. The Penthouse was exactly what we were looking for. Centrally located, 5 minutes walking distance to El Balcon de Europa, restaurants, coffee shops and beaches. I would go back tomorrow if I could!

Home from home! All mod cons and best location. Will definitely go back ❤️

First class apartment in the heart of Nerja. It was like being in someone’s home rather than a rental property. Balconies facing east and west so we got the best of morning sunrise and evening sunset. Every modern convenience including coffee maker and juice extractor. Two minute walk to beaches and restaurants. Thank you Ron for sharing such a beautiful apartment. We’ll definitely come back!
