About this property

This modern villa with private pool has an ideal location, on the outskirts of La Marina. Ideal for families or several couples. The house is in a quiet location but still only a short distance from the centre of San Fulgencio (1,5 km) with nice shops and restaurants. One of the most beautiful beaches of the Costa Blanca is 5 km away and a visit to places like Elche, Alicante and Torrevieja is also highly recommended. You can play golf at the 18-hole golf course of La Marquesa in Rojales (11 km) and you can go cycling and walking in the beautiful surroundings. Around the pool you can enjoy the sun or read a book in the shade on the lounge sofa. There is an electric sunshade and the sunbeds overlook the pool. The kitchen is fully equipped and in the living room you will find a built-in wine cooler. The bedrooms on the 2nd floor have their own terrace and the air conditioning can be adjusted per room. You can park your car in the garage with electric gate or on the driveway. Please respect the night and no loud music after 22:00.

Fantastic villa

The bad first. Communication was quite poor before the holiday and there were no English instructions for the very complicated hob. Now the good, the villa was excellent, perfect WiFi and good location. The air con worked very well and the kitchen and equipment were to a very high standard. Check in and out was very well managed.

Nice villa , very over priced

We have stayed in the area for the last 8 years and this villa although nice and new ish looking it was very overpriced in comparison to many other villas we have stayed in previously on la Marina urb (possibly due to the belvilla rental surcharge added to booking) considering this villa sleeps 6 it’s missing some facilities for 6 such as , only 2 sun loungers, no table to eat that seats 6 only 4. There were also some functional items missing such as an iron, lighters for candles just little things that other Villas have and cause a trip to the supermarket which is 1km away not far but far enough to walk for little bits and bobs that are usually present. Rental manual was not translated fully to English so difficult to work out how to use some appliances had to google. Final clean was the most expensive I’ve ever paid by far yet manual asked for you to pretty much clean yourself before leaving. Jon was helpful when contacted quick response and cleaner very friendly . All in all very underwhelmed with this villa , we enjoyed our stay but would not rent again at this rate as far better properties in this area for the same rental price

Fantastisch huis, rustig gelegen. Van alle gemakken voorzien met een fijn zwembad. In het dorp zitten 2 heerlijke Italiaanse restaurants. Gewoon een heerlijke relaxte vakantie gehad. De aankomst en het vertrek zijn prima geregeld.

Tolles Haus, mit allen Annehmlichkeiten ausgestattet. Toller Pool und Terasse. Diese ist mit sehr vielen Sitzmöbeln und zwei Liegen ausgestattet. Sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank 😊
