On the first hill of Verbania Suna, in a panoramic and sunny position, on the ground floor of a beautiful newly built house there is the apartment MARGO 1, completely new. It has the living room with open well equipped kitchen and the dining table, the sofa that becomes a double bed and Tv Sat. It has access to the covered terrace equipped with dining table and deck chairs, where you can enjoy the lake view. The bedroom is double with a large closet. The bathroom has a large shower, in front of this there is a space with washing machine. There is also a parking space in the garage. Suna's lakeside is just a few minutes walking with its beaches, pools and restaurants; in two minutes driving you will reach all the supermarkets and shops. MARGO 1 is rentable with MARGO 2 which is upstairs and is connected by a staircase inside the house.

Ansprechend

Modern, schöne Lage, helle Räume, schöne Terrasse, viel Platz in der Wohnung, sehr gute Betten, tolle Dusche. Bei der italienischen Spülmaschine handelt es sich nicht um einem Spülautomaten. Wir waren überrascht 😉 Wir waren rundum zufrieden und kommen wieder.
