We are located on a tropical white pristine beach on the North Shore of Oahu, in the coastal town of Punalu’u approximately 30 miles from Honolulu and the hustle and bustle of Waikiki, and minutes from the Polynesian Cultural Center, Turtle Bay Golf Course and World Famous Surfing Beaches.

Located in a nine-story condominium complex, this is a newly renovated, beautifully appointed, one bedroom (sleeps 2-5 people) one bath, oceanfront condo, with an unobstructed ocean view, decorated in Hawaiiana motif. Located on the 5th floor with a private lanai and incredible views, gentle trade winds and the sound of surf right outside your door.

This condo is fully furnished, with a fully-equipped kitchen, . The condo is in a secured building with a keyed entrance to stairways and elevators with free assigned on site parking and free Wifi.

Great quiet spot

We really loved staying at this place. Although the building was under construction, the unit itself was beautifully maintained, clean, and the beds (including the sofa bed) were very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook dinner and make breakfast. The beach in front of the property is beautiful and very quiet. I think that if we had planned to stay on the property all day the construction noise would have bothered us, however, we used this space more as a home base and were gone during construction times. By the time we would return in the late afternoon the crew would be gone and we could enjoy some peaceful time on the beach. There were many other families staying there as well which gave this a really nice vibe. I highly recommend!

Excellent location

Very clean unit and centrally located on the east side of the island. Kitchen was well equipped. Only drawbacks were the repair work on the building, which the owner informed me of before my trip, and the non working window in the bedroom which, if opened, could have provided a much appreciated cross breeze through the unit.

Perfect Place for Us

The condo was perfect! One large bedroom, nice kitchen area for preparing meals, nice living room, and perfect lanai for watching the sunrise. Currently doing exterior building remodeling Monday thru Friday but it did not diminish our experience. Snorkeling infinity of the condo was great! We saw 2 turtles on the beach and many types of fish while snorkeling. Is a small drive to different activities but very quiet and the 100 foot walk to the private beach was wonderful. The owner was incredible ! Can’t say enough about her. She knows some neat places to visit. We definitely will stay here the next time we visit.

Betty, born and reared in Kailua, Hawaii (retired banker) Richard (licensed contractor) hails from Illinois and has been President of the Condo association since 2005. Betty is the Condo Treasurer.

Why they chose this property

As a child, Betty spend time on the North Shore and has fond memories of the days gone by. For Richard, it was love at first sight when he gazed at the beautiful secluded pristine beach.
We purchased our condo in 2004, gutted, renovated, and remodeled it with lots of TLC, and lived there for three years while Richard built our home in Kaneohe.

What makes this property unique

Beautiful, secluded safe beach, white sands, can walk for miles, great snorkeling and swimming in a reef protected area. Best place to rest, relax and unwind and realize there is actually 24 hours in a day!
