Bright apartment, very well equipped! Walking distance to Beach & Town Centre.

Furnished apartment for rent July and August 2019.
3 bedroom apartment: living room, kitchen, bathroom and ironing / washing room.
PVC windows.
Very bright flat, all exterior views to the park.
Fully equipped kitchen, with dishwasher, refrigerator, oven, microwave.

Rooms: one room with double bed, one room with 2 beds of 90, and one room with a bed of 90.
Wardrobes and desk in all rooms.

Living room with sofas and Plasma TV.
Ironing room with washing machine.
Property with lift, we are on the second floor

We do not accept pets of any kind, and it is strictly forbidden to smoke inside the property (in all areas). Please be respectful of other who will come after you.

El piso está estupendo, es grande, espacioso y confortable. Ideal para una familia con niños.
Nos encantó el piso, muy completo, cómodo, no le faltaba nada. Cerca de la playa de Poniente y del centro, se puede ir andando. Buenos restaurantes cerca. Nos marchamos encantados. La propietaria muy amable.
