• Apartment on the seafront of Francavilla al Mare (CH) - 50 meters from the sea, 3 km from the capital Pescara, 3 km from the motorway A14 Pescara Sud and 10 km from the Abruzzo airport.
They include the consumption of light, water and gas.
The apartment of about 55 square meters, comfortably sleeps 4 people. It is on the third floor of a residential condo with lift.

Within 100 meters you will find bars, restaurants, pizzerias, greengrocers, shops and supermarkets: 30 meters you will find the main square. The beach is sandy, the sea is early shallow (ideal for children).
Below the house, on the seafront, one of the longest bike paths of the Adriatic passes, leading to Pescara and Montesilvano to the north or to the Dannunzian coast of the Trabocchi to the south.
