New Years in paradise! 1 bedroom condo with jacuzzi with spectacular ocean view!
We have a 1 bedroom 1 bathroom deluxe condo with a jacuzzi at the unbelievable Cabo Villas Resort. Our week is the 52nd week every year which means you would be spending New Year's Eve in Cabo! Cabo Villas has newly constructed the resort and we are in the new building on the 8th floor with a spectacular ocean view! The resort is located right on Medano beach which is the best swimming beach in Cabo. The resort has 4 restaurants, 3 swimming pools, a full service spa, workout facility, and a private beach! Activities on the beach include snorkeling, jet skiing, swimming, or take a boat out to the arch. The resort is within walking distance of the marina and downtown which has great shopping and restaurants. Have breakfast, lunch or dinner with your toes in the sand! The location of this resort is spectacular and earns the name of "The Heart of Cabo". Come and experience our paradise.

We are Jason and Sheri Skinner from Nampa Idaho. I am a UPS driver so I know the importance of a relaxing vacation. We try to take 2 big vacations every year to unwind from the physical and mental toll our jobs provide. We love the beach scene but living in Idaho we also love the outdoors. We have a cabin in Island Park Idaho, which is 30 minutes away from Yellowstone Park, and in the summer and fall is our favorite place to hang out.
Why they chose this property
We vacationed in Cabo in June of 2015 and fell in love with the place. Cabo Villas is a beautiful resort and we love the location, right on the beach!
