This gorgeous loft is located in one of the most beautiful district of Milan, Porta Romana.
It becomes an excellent pick for groups who are spending some time in the city, for business or vacation.

Modern and functional, tastefully decorated, this loft has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms a cosy living area a fully equipped kitchen.

It's located on the ground floor of a typical Milanese courtyard. The apartment is on 2 levels.
First floor - a bright living area (double sofa bed, TV, WifI..) with open kitchen (fully equipped, dishwasher, stove, oven, Nespresso coffee machine, pen and pots..) a cozy bedroom with double bed (with a large wardrobe ) and its en-suite bathroom (shower and bathtub), the second bathroom (with shower) and laundry room.

Internal stairs go through the lower part of the loft, where there is a nice and relaxing area furnished with a table (where to work), a comfortable blue sofa and 2 single beds. In this parte there is no AC but funs.

FOR FAMILIES: cot and high chair available on request - subject to availability

MONTHLY RESERVATIONS: registration of the contract required for bookings of more than 28 nights. The cost of registration (105 €) is to be considered at the customer's expense

Upon your arrival you will find:

- Ready beds (with the exception of the sofa beds for which the set of sheets, blankets and pillows will be prepared ready for use)
- Towels (one shower towel and one face towel for each guest)
- Starting Pack: initial supply including laundry pads, dishwasher pads, detergents, toilet paper, hand soap and bags for separate collection

Check-in ON APPOINTMENT, inside the apartment / between 2pm and 8pm

TOURIST TAX to be paid in cash on arrival - is mandatory and is paid to the City of Milan. It corresponds to 4.5 euro per person per night - the first 14 nights (MINORS, RESIDENTS AND PATIENTS HOSPITAL EXEMPT)

ABOUT PORTA ROMANA DISTRICT

The neighborhood is absolutely gourgeus, full of restaurants, coffee shops, food markets and many other things to do.
Porta Romana is the city center; walking for about 2 km through famous streets full of boutiques and famous stores for shopping and design, you can reach the Duomo Cathedral, La Scala Theater, Montenapoleone shopping district, museums and most of the best tourist attractions of Milan.

This neighborhood has a great mix of locals, tourists, families and businesses right around you.
PUBLIC TRANSPORTS –The public transport from this place is very convenient.
5 minutes walking from the loft there is the underground station “Porta Romana” M3 Yellow Line. Many bus and trams stop in the neighborhood
