The house is in the neighborhood of S. Lorenzo, in the heart of old Florence, next to the monastery of S. Orsola (1300), where Mona Lisa was buried; it is a stone's throw from the Duomo, the Accademia, the Uffizi and all the most important museums, palaces and monuments of Florence

The area is full of all kinds of shops, services and garages: it is very close to bus and taxi stops, it is only ten minutes walk from the train station, the tramway stop for the airport, the Fortezza da Basso (Pitti) Fashion and fairs) and from the Palazzo dei Congressi;

The apartment is on the second floor of an old building of only three floors, without elevator but with wide and comfortable stairs; the views are only on pleasant inner courts and this makes it particularly silent and luminous.
It has been recently refurbished leaving unchanged the layout of the rooms and original details have been kept, such as the old masonry and marble kitchen, thus preserving the atmosphere of the old Florentine home where it will be a pleasure to rest and relax after a day out to admire the Beauty of Florence.

At check-in, a cash payment of € 30 is required for the final cleaning and the tourist tax of € 3.00 per day per person (not for children under the age of 12).
