The detached house with private garden is located in the historic center of Modica Alta about 100 meters from the main public services. The house is accessed via a characteristic private staircase. On the first floor there is the sleeping area and the bathroom, on the ground floor there is the living area, accompanied by a small service and the kitchen which gives direct access to the garden with barbecue ..

In Modica Alta parking is not easy. Once we leave the car, however, we recommend that you move on foot.
In the immediate vicinity there are city bus stops. The location allows you to reach on foot and in a few minutes many of the unmissable tourist sites such as the Cathedral of San Giorgio, the house of the writer Quasimodo, the church of San Giovanni, the cloister Santa Maria del Gesù, the Pizzo Belvedere and with very few minutes by car you can reach the central course.
