A lovely chalet full of cosiness. When you step inside you are at home! Quietly situated in a rural atmosphere in a sunny location. Fall asleep and wake up to the sound of a babbling mountain stream. You will find it next to this Alpenvilla Haus am Bach. Located in the middle of the Kaprun-Kitzsteinhorn-Zell am See ski area, only 2 car minutes from the center of Kaprun. The free ski bus (approx. 100m) passes three times per hour. This shuttle bus drives between the Kitzsteinhorn and Zell am See-Schüttdorf. In summer, the Kaprun-Zell am See area also offers many opportunities such as hiking, cycling and swimming in the most beautiful mountain lakes in the Alps. Golf enthusiasts watched! The 36-hole golf course at Zell am See-Kaprun is only a 3-minute drive away and is one of the most beautiful golf courses in Austria. You play a nice game of golf in a setting of beautiful green with in the background the Kitzsteinhorn covered with snow. Favorite trips in the region are Salzburg (the city of Mozart), the castle Hohenwerfen and the nearby ice caves, Krimmelwasserfälle (the largest waterfall in Europe) and the Großglockner. All these places can be reached in less than 1 hour by car or even by train.

Schönes und sauberes Haus. Toll eingerichtet. Küche sehr gut ausgestattet. Sehr nette und unkomplizierte Kommunikation mit Vermietern. Die Waschbecken in einigen Zimmern sind praktisch, so ist die Situation mit den "nur" 2 Duschen gut zu händeln. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen.

Familien-Ski-Urlaub

Wir fahren jedes Jahr nach Österreich und hatten noch nie so ein wunderschönes und gepflegtes und sauberes Haus. Der Aufenthalt war komplett perfekt. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, die Bäder groß, alles sehr modern und vor allem sehr sauber! Wir wurden herzlich empfangen. Auf Rückfragen wurde unkompliziert, sehr schnell via WhatsApp geantwortet. Das Haus hat die perfekte Lage um in die drei Skigebiete zu kommen. Wir waren täglich sowohl am Zell am See, Kaprun und am Kitzsteinhorn. Zum Haus gehören 2 Parkplätze. Wir bedanken uns für den schönen und angenehmen Aufenthalt und kommen sehr gerne wieder :)

Wunderschönes modernes Haus mit toller Lage

Uns hat es dort super gut gefallen. Das Haus ist sehr modern und schick eingerichtet. Alles war sauber. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet. Es hat alles funktioniert. Trotz kleiner Panne bei Anreise wurde sofort reagiert und diese behoben. Sehr guter Kontakt und Austausch mit Vermietern und den vor Ort Betreuern. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

As ski enthusiasts, we would like to share our passion. Many accommodations were not as we wished. Getting the maximum out of m2 is not our goal. We wish our guests a wonderful stay with living and exercise space and a good bed for everyone. Tasty long dinners or drinks or in the evening can hang out on a couch and watch a movie. All our accommodations are well and completely furnished. Enjoy it!
