The house, classified furnished 3-star tourism, is located on Ile Grande, in the Côtes d'Armor, on the Pink Granite Coast.
Completely renovated in 2017.

On the ground floor: Living room, dining room, open onto a fully equipped kitchen, WC.
On the 1st floor: 2 bedrooms with one, a 180X190 bed and the other with a 140X190 bed. Shower room with shower, 2 sinks, WC.
On the 2nd floor: 1 large bedroom with 2 single beds (90X190).
For baby: travel cot, bath, potty and high chair.
Household linen is provided (bed linen, towels and tea towels).

We arrive at Ile Grande by crossing a small bridge.
You can spend your vacation doing everything on foot (or almost).
Near the house, very beautiful sandy beaches (300m), a grocery store (300m), a restaurant (300m), the nautical base at 1800m.

Trébeurden is 5 km (to the west): Seaside resort with several restaurants including 2 gourmet restaurants, atmospheric bars, a nightclub and a supermarket.
Trégastel is 7 km (to the east): Seaside resort with an aquatic complex open all year round and a magnificent market on Mondays in summer.
Ploumanach is 10 km away: Seaside resort famous for its pink granite rocks and favorite village of the French in 2015.
Perros-Guirec is 13 km away: Seaside resort with many shops and restaurants, a casino and a surf school. Departure of speedboats for the 7 islands nature reserve (kingdom of sea birds).
