Agréable et bien situé

Joliment meublé, avec goût, recherche et une belle organisation. C’est agréable de se trouver dans ce cocon design. Les meubles et équipements sont de qualité. On aurait aimé trouver une casserole de plus et une grande cafetière. Situé en bas de la Ztl, on gare la voiture gratuitement au pied de l’appartement et on rejoint les escalators en quelques minutes. Davide a été charmant et très disponible. Un excellent souvenir de notre séjour.

Fabulous

We loved our 5 night stay here. Davide was very welcoming. The apartment was immaculate. Loved the double shower, plenty of hot water. Very cosy. Location is very quiet and felt safe walking home in the evening. We got a taxi from the station for E8.50 as we had luggage but then used mini-metro which is only a short walk away. Also short walk to escalator to old town.

Casa bellissima in posizione strategica

Ottimo appartamento, molto bello e curato, a due passi dall'enorme parcheggio Pellini, che poi conduce con delle scale mobili al centro di Perugia. Gli unici due difetti della casa sono il bagno stretto e un pochino imbarazzante (è nella camera da letto, separato da essa da un plexiglass oscurato, e l'assenza di aria condizionata che rende assolutamente impossibile vivervi da luglio ad agosto.
