About this property

Summary:
One bedroom apartment located in the main commercial street of the city. Spacious living-room with kitchen fully equipped with appliances and utensils. On a 5th floor with elevator. Located in an area with all amenities.

Guest Access:
Due to current legislation in the Canary Islands, a week prior to your arrival you will receive an email with a link to a contract hosted at the SigningHub platform with the standard terms and conditions for a vacation rental lease. It will need to be filled in and signed prior to your arrival.

The property and building are equipped with a set of electronic/smartlocks. You may open the door of the building by means of a smartphone app. If you prefer, I can also open for you from afar. Just call me at the time of arrival in order for me to open. You will receive an e-mail with the instructions a day prior to your arrival.

Zweckmäßig eingerichtetes Apartment in zentraler Lage

Das Apartment ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Es entspricht der Beschreibung und liegt ideal im Zentrum von Santa Cruz. Standortbedingt ist es nicht immer leise, aber das hat mich nicht sonderlich gestört.

Väga hea asukoht kesklinnas jalakäjate tänaval.

Elasin üheksa päeva jaanuaris 2019. Korter asub viiendal korrusel ja päike paistab päeval elamistoa aknasse, saab päikest võtta toast lahkumata. Asukoht on super ja öösel on vaikne, kuna magamistoa aken on sisehoovi. Vannitoa valgusti on läbi pistikupesa, see on ebamugav ja vajab korda tegemist.

Excelente!

El piso está muy bien, con todo lo que se podría pedir para una buena estancia. Está en muy buena zona (en pleno centro de Santa Cruz) pero no es nada ruidoso. Las comunicaciones en transporte público (tranvía y guaguas) son inmejorables. Lo único malo es si tienes coche, al estar en zona peatonal; aunque no hay muchos problemas de aparcamiento en zonas cercanas.
