Très belle villa

Villa au calme. Très bien équipée . Seul bémol, je trouve ça dommage qu’en période basse ou les températures sont encore pas très élevées , la piscine ne soit pas chauffée car nous n’avons pas pu beaucoup en profiter du fait de la faible température.

Merveilleuse expérience dans cette villa !

Nous venons de séjourner 1 semaine à Majorque à Cala Murada. Le Jaccuzi étant en panne dans la villa que nous devions louer, nous avons été surclassés dans une villa à côté, la villa Espina, et que dire...merveilleux séjour dans cette sublime villa ! Tout était parfait, il ne manquait de rien, la villa superbe, piscine, jacuzzi, barbecue etc...à 200 m de la plage cala Murada. Qq restaurants et commerces à proximité, beaucoup de randonnées et de magnifiques criques à moins de 30 min de route. Fruits frais et vins offerts à notre arrivée. Que du bonheur. Nous recommandons à 200%. Et surtout, un immense merci à James, notre correspondant, qui a été au top du début de la réservation à la fin.. extrêmement reactif, communication très simple par mail et WhatsApp. Merci James pour votre gentillesse et votre disponibilité. Vous avez fait partie de la réussite de notre séjour ! Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés !! Merci infiniment James pour ces magnifiques vacances

Schönes Haus mit einem netten und hilfsbereiten Gastgeber

Wir waren als Familie eine Woche in diesem Haus. Das Swimming Pool und das Whirlpool waren schön und sehr sauber (Pluspunkte). Der Gastgeber war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Als wir nach neuen Töpfen gefragt haben, hat er sofort für uns gekauft. Das Haus war insgesamt sauber, nur das Sofa war nicht (klebrig). Die Möbel des Hauses (insb. Essstühle und das Sofa) sind jedoch in die Jahre gekommen und müssen ersetzt werden. Alles in allem waren wir zufrieden mit dem Aufenthalt in diesem schönen Hause.

Buena estancia con falta de limpieza

La casa es grande para dos familias (nos sobraba una habitación) y bien distribuida y acondicionada. Está muy buen situada y la respuesta de James fue siempre muy rápida aunque en ocasiones no se solucionaron los problemas. Para mejorar cabría decir que faltaba algo de limpieza en el exterior, sobretodo en la piscina que y jacuzzi, que a pesar de asegurar que limpian 2 veces a la semana, nunca los vimos en perfectas condiciones. El baño del dormitorio no lo pudimos usar por oler fatal.

Trip with friends and kids

Our trip was fantastic from start to finish. Check on was easy peasy! The villa was very clean and well thought out. There was wine, fruit and water upon arrival. James was very easily reachable and when I asked for the curtains to be changed to black out drapes it was done immediately. Excellent place to stay with friends and children. Safe and beautiful Cala’s just a short walk away. I would definitely go back. Nice restaurants and great beach bar not far from Villa. Great place to explore surrounding beaches and villages. Thank you James!
