Très bon séjour

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. Logement bien situé, spacieux, pas de vis à vis et bien équipé. Le propriétaire est disponible pour toutes questions. Je recommande vivement.

Super emplacement mais améliorations nécessaires

Maison qui a un potentiel énorme, mais qui nécessite des améliorations, je m'explique : Emplacement 10/10 : proche de la gare, des commerces (Lidl, intermarché,casino), la plage vraiment sympa à 10 minutes à pied. Ménage 2/10 : à notre arrivée, 5 minutes pieds nues dans l'habitation nous avions les pieds noirs. Nous avons refait un grand ménage le jour de notre arrivée. Moustiques écrasés sur les murs et traces noirs de chaussures sur les murs d'une chambre. Habitation 3/10 : une chambre est vraiment grande en revanche, la 2eme chambre fait 6,5m2, avec un lit de 1m90 (pied qui depasse du lit) et une fenêtre donnant sur l'intérieur (le couloir des wcs) chaque nuit c'est le réveil assuré avec la lumière, de plus la toute petite fenêtre ne permet pas d'aérer efficacement,il fait très chaud dans cette pièce. Le 3eme jour les WC ont débordé, nous avons du mettre le papier toilette dans une poubelle le reste du séjour pour ne pas que cela se reproduise. Prix 5/10 : au vue des différents éléments et de notre expérience (chaque année nous faisons une location différente sur la côtes d'azur), le prix est moyen, nous avons vu mieux au même prix. Note globale : 2,6/5
