Maia and Antilia are two stunning new villas in an amazing location.
These gems of villas are within walking distance of the Peligoni club and the beautiful port of Agios Nikolias yet are both peaceful and private with incredible sea views. These impressive villas sleeps 6 in 3 bedrooms .(Extra children may be able to be accommodated on a roll out bed.)
Designed around a breathtaking glass courtyard this villa is exquisitely designed and beautifully furnished. Maia and Antilia have three tranquil and spacious bedrooms all with their own ensuite bathrooms and private terraces. The open plan kitchen/living room is filled with light with large, folding glass doors opening up to onto the generous ocean view terraces. Here you will find a well-equipped kitchen, flat screen TV and DVD player along with a selection of DVDs, games and books.
Outside Maia and Antilia have been professionally designed and beautifully landscaped. Here you will find a stylish covered outdoor dining area and luxurious day bed. The outdoor cooking area with it’s traditional Greek BBQ is a great space to cook up some local Souvlaki while the elegant pool terrace with it’s covered sunbed pergola frames a beautiful 40sqm pool and heated jacuzzi. Sit back, relax and soak up the views.
All around the villas you will find many, private relaxing areas, hammocks and stylish beanbags. Everything has been designed with luxurious relaxation in mind.
As with all the villas in the Asteri collection - special focus has been given to families with young children. The villas come fully stocked with many baby supplies such as monitors, pool alarm, bottle warmers and sterilisers. Families are made very welcome and very well catered for.
Maia and Antilia are very special summer retreats. Their stylish Bohemian interiors and luxurious design along with its attention to detail creates an idyllic place to enjoy this beautiful corner of Zakynthos.

I am a busy mum of 4 who fell in love with this stunning corner of Zakynthos. Having built ourselves a holiday home here a few years ago I was ready for a new design project.
Why they chose this property
These villas have been inspired by the Cycladic architect we have so loved on our travels around the Greek islands. I have blended the Zakynthian stone built tradition with the serene 'sugar cube' style seen on the Aegean islands of Santorini and Mykonos to create a study in Bohemian Luxury
What makes this property unique
These villas are all set amongst Olive and Cypress trees and command stunning views over the crystal clear Ionian Ocean. They are all private and secluded yet within walking distance of the restaurants, beach and shops of Agios Nicholaos. They each have a private pool and heated jacuzzi. All bedrooms are ensuite and the villas have wifi, air con and top of the range appliance.
