The Sotto il Colle farmhouse stands on the hilly hills surrounding the city of Assisi. The structure, located in the center of a valley, is completely immersed in the surrounding greenery, protected behind it by a splendid forest of holm oaks, oaks and beeches which can be accessed through a beaten path.
The farmhouse consists of 5 apartments: Leccio, Quercia, Faggio, Ciliegio, Noce and Rovere from 2 to 4 beds and a double bedroom. The apartments have access to a park and an internal pine forest where there is a 15m swimming pool, a wooden structure with a large table in the center where you can have lunch and dinner, and two barbecues.
The Agriturismo Sotto il Colle is one of the few Ecolabel structures in Umbria! The Sotto il Colle farmhouse has received the ECOLABEL brand: it is the European ecological quality brand that rewards products and services that have a reduced environmental impact during the entire life cycle, while maintaining high performance standards.

During the period of stay it is possible to use the following services:
• Linen for beds and bathrooms;
• Crockery and kitchen accessories;
• Wi-fi and TV;
• Wood for the barbecue;
• Use of the swimming pool during the opening season;
• Small and medium-sized pets are welcome, respecting everyone.

On request it is possible to provide the following extra services:
• Additional change of linen at the price of 10 Euros;
• Extra cleaning at an hourly cost of 15 Euros;
• Bicycle rental service.
