As soon as you leave the property, guests will find themselves strolling through the picturesque alleys of Perugia and will be literally wrapped in the charm of the ancient walls of this wonderful city. The unit consists of an entrance - living room with double sofa bed (width 140 cm), kitchen and dining area, a spacious double bedroom also equipped with a single armchair, and a private bathroom with shower enclosure with crystal wall .
Guests have access to the super-equipped kitchen and also have an oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. They can enjoy free unlimited WiFi, safe (laptop) and flat screen television too. In addition, the accommodation is also equipped with bed linen, bath and kitchen linen and with general cleaning and personal hygiene products (initial supply). It is also equipped with many accessories such as iron, ironing board, hairdryer, clothes rack, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, fans, multiple sockets, hot air heater ... and is equipped with all utensils.
