Bright and comfortable apartment for single travelers or couples, can accommodate up to 4 people.
Located within the ancient city walls of Viterbo, less than 5 minutes walk from Porta Romana Station. On the 3rd and last floor of a small building (without elevator, as often in the historic center of VT).
Equipped with internet, the apt includes: a large bedroom with a work table; living room with panoramic balcony and sofa bed for 2 people; fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and dining area; windowed bathroom with shower and washing machine. The entire apt was refurbished in July 2017.
The small panoramic balcony is ideal for an aperitif or breakfast.
Guests can also access a storage room on the ground floor for luggage storage in case of delayed check-out.
Guests have easy and comfortable access to the historic city center and the medieval quarters of San Pellegrino and Pianoscarano.
Easy free and paid parking under the apartment, or near (large Porta Romana parking).

Perfect Apartment in the Heart of Viterbo

My husband and I had the pleasure of staying at Marina’s apartment in January 2024, and it was our favorite place that we stayed over the course of our Italy vacation. Marina’s apartment is extremely clean, modern, well-furnished, quiet, and within walking distance to so many amazing things in Viterbo. The apartment is on the 3rd floor and has the most INCREDIBLE view of the city. The first night we were greeted with an incredible sunset and subsequently enjoyed an aperitivo on the little terrace our second night as we sat in the warmth of the sun watching the sun go down. The inside of the apartment has a very comfortable living room, large kitchen, bathroom, and extremely large bedroom with a VERY comfortable bed and so much storage. When you walk out of the apartment it is a short walk to nearby restaurants, cafes, bars, and Piazza San Lorenzo… really anywhere within the city walls is walkable from Marina’s apartment. I cannot recommend this place enough - if you are coming to Viterbo STAY HERE! We hope to be back very soon! Grazie mille, Marina!

Wunderbare Tage in Viterbo

Die Wohnung war schöner als erwartet. Alles neu und sauber. Auch die Küche war vollständig und zweckentsprechend eingerichtet. Bezaubernd war es, bei einem Glas Rotwein vom kleinen Balkon aus den Sonnenuntergang zu sehen. Die Lage am Rande der mittelalterlichen Altstadt lud zum Bummeln durch einen italienischen Ortskern ein, der noch nicht vollständig vom Touristenrummel absorbiert ist. Viterbo ist auch ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in die Umgebung. Eine Wanderung zu der antiken Wasserleitung war sehr schön. Auch Rom ist von dem nahe gelegenen Bahnhof mit direkter Linie erreichbar. Die herzliche Begrüßung und viele wertvolle Tips von Marina leiteten unseren Urlaub ein. Sie ist eine großartige Gastgeberin, nochmals vielen Dank! Alles in allem: ein sehr empfehlenswertes Urlaubsziel!

Im Land der Etrusker

Wir waren sieben Tage in Viterbo und hatten Dank Marinas Empfehlungen eine wunderschöne Woche in Latium. Die Wohnung ist mit allem auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt sehr geschmackvoll ausgestattet und wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Innerhalb der Stadtmauern gelegen, ist alles schnell und fußläufig zu erreichen.
