The property’s terrace overlooks the gardens and the Mediterranean Sea just 50 meters away. Located in the corner of the complex its very quiet and private. The interior décor of the property is Scandinavian and Mediterranean mix. A large dining seating area leading out to the terrace in one direction and a separate fully equipped kitchen on the other side of the property. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, the master bedroom has an office attached to it leading out to the terrace but also has a pull-out couch to host another adult or two small children. The master also has its own Tv for those lazy days in bed. Both bedrooms have an en suites. The whole apartment has central heating and cooling and has fiber internet and TV with international channels. All our properties come set up with fresh linen and towels for your use.
This property is perfect for families or couples, the community have 3 pools in total, one protected from the wind at the back of the community and 2 In front of the ocean which one is a children’s pool. 15 min walk on newly built boardwalk you will reach Laguna Village with its shops and wide selection of restaurants and beach clubs and a supermarket. In the other direction is one of the best Chiringuito on the coast with all the fresh fish and paella you can desire. 5 min with car you have Laguna village but on the other side of the road also a supermarket, burger king and a gas station. 10 min to Estepona and 15 min to Puerto Banus. There is also a bus stop 10 min from the community.
