Rowan's Wroxham Cottage (Rockland) (modernised July 2017) sleeps 8 guests in 4 separate bedrooms making it ideal for families or groups. The accommodation comprises of a large open plan fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar/dining/living room with french doors leading out onto a decked area, 2 Double bedrooms with flatscreen tv's, 2 twin rooms, a bathroom with shower over bath, plus a shower room on the top floor and downstairs WC. Lovely Stay

We had a great long weekend in Wroxham. The cottage is a short walk away from the town and the main river. It was a great base for us to explore the area.

Excellent cottage with lots of added extras to make the stay easier, like cleaning products & welcome pack. Large bedrooms, plenty of space & excellent location 5 minutes walk from shops, pubs and restaurants on the rivers edge. Would definitely stay again - thank you

60th birthday celebration with family

Amazing property and location. Everything was just perfect including the weather! We were very overewelmed with welcome pack and thoroughly enjoyed the contents there in. Could not have asked for anymore.

Peaceful and relaxing

Lovely accomodation, pictures deceiving plenty of room for 8 people, adults and kids. Loved the outside balcony and the duck and swan visitors everyday.

Wroxham Break

A wonderful property in a fantastic location. We were a group of 8, we loved the location with the water outside the front door and the back deck. Swans, ducks and geese stopping by off the back deck. Short walk to all the shops, and restaurants in Wroxham. Also, a lovely welcome basket upon arrival. Highly recommend.

Good location for all attractions

Good location for attractions and a reasonable distance to the coast. Accommodation good , beds super comfortable but it would have been nice to have had a welcome pack of milk , bread, tea and coffee so we didn’t have to find our way to the shops after arriving .

This property was a good choice.

Clean tidy and everything you would possibly need. We were lucky with the weather so used the outside decking a lot. Happy to drive to pubs and restaurants.. you have to be prepared that neighbours both sides are on top of you. We were lucky to only have 1 side, but I’m guessing it can get noisy. Views lovely

Great stay

The property is lovely and very homey. Is was super clean and everything we were looking for. There were lovely touches like a welcome basket which was very thoughtful and a booklet with lots of info of where to go , restaurants around, etc which was also a lovely idea. We didn’t get to sit outside as the weather was typically UK but the place was lovely. We’d definitely stay there again

Long weekend

Clean property located in a nice position close to town centre. Stayed with my two daughters family, two babies and one 2 year old. Contact with the owner was easy and good. Had a brilliant long weekend stay.

Perfect location with everything walkable, boat rental, grocery store, restaurants, pub, etc.

The house is perfect for two families with two bedrooms andvery nice bathrooms on separate floors. The kitchen is spacious and very well equipped. The living dining area is a little small but we managed just fine. The outside deck is great.
