This 2 level residence offers direct ski in/out access in the winter and direct access to hiking/biking trails in the summer. 3 Bedrooms + Loft, 4.5 baths, sleeps 10 people. Guests have access to Four Seasons Resort amenities while in residence. The Four Seasons charges 3rd party renters a daily access fee of $300/night.
Upper Level:
Master bedroom includes a King bed, desk area, Full bath, TV, fireplace. Guest bedroom includes King bed, 1/2 bath, TV.
Loft includes 2 bunk beds (4 twins), Full bath.
Main Level:
Family room includes fireplace
Guest bedroom with Queen Bed and Full Bath.
The Great Room offers a dining room and seating for 10 guests along with a fireplace and access to an outdoor patio with private hot tub and direct access to the slope.
Also located on the main level are: Powder Room, Laundry Room, and a Fully-equipped Kitchen.
Guests will have access to the entire residence with the exception of 2 closets (1 in the Master bedroom and 1 in the Main level Guest Room). Guests will also have access to the Four Seasons Resort's amenities including, dining, spa, and pool area. Four Seasons Resort Jackson Hole will charge a daily access fee of $300/night for 3rd party renters.
There is a caretaker that can offer assistance by request. Daily housekeeping is not offered with the residence, however, it may be arranged through the Four Seasons for an additional cost incurred by the guest.
The Four Seasons Resort will be closed from 4/15/24-5/3/24, so guests will not have access to the Resort amnenities, however, the residence is still available for rentals.
WAIVER, RELEASE AND INDEMNIFICATION AGREEMENT will need to be signed by all guests staying in the residence.
1. Each Guest, individually, and on behalf of their heirs, successors, assigns and personal representatives, hereby KNOWINGLY, VOLUNTARILY, INTENTIONALLY AND IRREVOCABLY RELEASES AND FOREVER DISCHARGES the Property owner, their employees, agents, and representatives and each of their successors and assigns (collectively, the “Released Parties”), from ANY AND ALL LIABILITY WHATSOEVER, AND WITHOUT LIMITATION, for any and all damages, losses or injuries (INCLUDING DEATH) any Guest sustains to their person or property or both, even where such damage, loss, injury or death results from the acts, omissions or negligence (including gross negligence) of any of the Released Parties, including but not limited to any claims, demands, actions, causes of action, judgments, damages, expenses and costs, including attorney’s fees, which arise out of, result from, occur during or are connected in any manner with the Stay.
2. Each Guest, individually, and on behalf of their heirs, successors, assigns and representatives, hereby KNOWINGLY, VOLUNTARILY, INTENTIONALLY AND IRREVOCABLY AGREES TO INDEMNIFY, DEFEND AND HOLD HARMLESS the Released Parties from any and all liability, loss, damage or expense, including attorney’s fees, that they incur or sustain as a result of any claims, demands, actions, causes of action, damages, judgments, costs or expenses, including attorney’s fees, which arise out of, occur during, or are in any way connected with the Stay, even where such claims, demands, actions, causes of action, damages, judgments, costs or expenses results from the acts, omissions or negligence (including gross negligence) of any of the Released Parties.
3. Each Guest agrees that this Waiver, Release and Indemnification Agreement is to be construed under the laws of the State of Wyoming, without giving effect to its conflicts of laws rules or principles, and that if any portion hereof is held invalid, the balance hereof shall, notwithstanding, continue in full legal force and effect. Venue in any and all actions and proceedings related to this Agreement shall be exclusively in the courts of Teton County, Wyoming . Each Guest irrevocably waives the right to any defense of inconvenient forum or to object to venue with respect to any action or proceeding brought in any such court. In signing this document each Guest hereby acknowledges that they have read this entire document, that they understand its terms, that by signing it they are giving up substantial legal rights they might otherwise have, and that they have signed it knowingly and voluntarily.
