In this area there is also a sun terrace, which is very popular especially in winter! Impressive is the breathtaking view of the Tramuntana mountains!
In front of the house there is a large cobbled terrace, with an outside table and a grill (gas). From the terrace you reach the back part of the garden, where the pool with pool houses is located! Through the Mediterranean vegetation around the pool there is always a shady spot where you do not have to escape from the sun even on the hottest days.
In the back part of the garden you can pick various fruits depending on the season, oranges for the juice for breakfast or peaches.
Separated by a few steps one reaches the car park, where there is a parking for 2 cars. The parking lot is accessible by an electric garden gate from the rear street!
